Dear customer.

Internal tests as well as reports from the trade have shown that defects in the thru axle thread of the fork can occur in certain STEVENS models.

The models affected are

• Strada 800 Tour
• Strada 1000 Tour
• Supreme
• Prestige (only in colour ‘Silk Blue’)

These are only models from model year 2024 and can be recognised by the frame number beginning with ‘S24’.

If you use one of the bikes mentioned or are unsure, please have your bike checked by your specialist dealer, even if you do not notice any abnormalities on the thru axle thread of the fork. As long as the thru axle is firmly screwed in, there is no restriction on operational safety.

If the inspection by the dealer reveals the need for repair, this will be carried out by the dealer free of charge for you.
