Long tours with intensive uphill sections are therefore no problem. The Shimano EP8 motor and Darfon battery harmonize too well, say the testers of "EMTB": "The large 726 watt-hour battery of the STEVENS E-Inception makes itself quite noticeable in the range test. No wonder that the bike clearly outdoes the other candidates. A real pound for all those who like to go on extended mountain tours."

The All Mountain also has the necessary climbing characteristics. The steep seat angle and the resulting central seating position in combination with the stable rear triangle are explicitly praised by the test riders of the "EMTB". But we wouldn't have given the E-Inception AM 8.7 the name GTF if it couldn't also descend the mountain at full throttle in a controlled manner (Gas To Flat). The sporty geometry with long reach and flat steering angle allows the e-fully to be controlled very well downhill.

The testers of "EMTB" are impressed: "The E-Inception can also convince in the downhill evaluation, especially in demanding terrain. It offers a lot of riding safety and good-natured handling. The super grippy tires also ensure this." By the latter we mean the 65 mm wide Schwalbe Magic Mary / Eddy Current Evolution tires, which roll over everything. But it's not just the tires that prove resistant, the Fox 36 Performance fork and Fox Float DPS Performance shock also smooth out obstacles.

So it's no wonder that the test editors decided to give our E-Inception AM 8.7 GTF the tip seal in the Tour category. The experts conclude: "The E-Inception AM 8.7 GTF is an unagitated all-rounder that makes many types of riders happy. And now off into the terrain!
