With its lightweight aluminium frame and robust e-cross off-road genes, the E-Comuna combines everyday practicality with a spirit of adventure. Thanks to its well-thought-out geometry and upright seating position, the E-Comuna offers a clear view of the road and a relaxed posture for maximum comfort, even in city traffic – and on long rides too.
The E-Comuna is available in two frame variants:
HT (‘High Tube’) with a high top tube for direct power transmission.
LT (‘Low Tube’) with a sloping top tube for comfortable mounting and dismounting.
The minimalist design of the frame is rounded off by the integrated cable routing in the headset and the subtle, calm colours – clean, urban and contemporary.
Reassuring: the suspension fork.
Despite its elegant, urban Nordic design, the E-Comuna also offers genuine off-road capability. Its gently cushioned suspension fork with aluminium shaft ensures noticeable riding comfort – even where the asphalt ends.
The suspension fork with 60 millimetres of travel guarantees optimum ground contact on rough terrain and gives the bike confident, stable handling with an extra dose of comfort.
Unevenness on the road is reliably compensated for by the suspension and damping, providing noticeable relief for your back and wrists.
The result: more control, more safety and significantly increased riding pleasure – whether in city traffic, on gravel paths or on weekend tours.

The battery: integrated into the frame and removable.
The removable Bosch CompactTube 400 battery fits snugly against the frame and disappears almost invisibly into the down tube.
Slim, integrated, compact and with 400 watt hours at a weight of just around 2 kilograms, the extra-light battery is a real energy champion. It is concealed behind a slim plastic cover with a robust snap lock. The cover can be removed from the frame in a single step, allowing the battery to be easily removed from the frame – ideal for charging at home or on the go and for convenient storage outside the bike.
The slim design of the battery allows our engineers to create frame shapes that are perfect for anyone who loves the design of conventional bikes but doesn't want to forego electric assistance.

Black Mercury is more than just black – it is a sophisticated composition of depth, shine and texture. The elegant metallic effect gives the dark shade a mysterious aura that shifts between matt and shimmering depending on the incidence of light.
