The hardcore version of the STEVENS E-Inception model range is at home on the roughest, most technical trails. Here, the potent RockShox suspension irons out any obstacles thanks to its massive 180/170mm suspension travel. Uphill, the innovative Shimano EP8 drivetrain shines with a beefy 85 Newton metres of torque – which is accessible over an even wider cadence range thanks to the EP801 Drive Unit. In order to be equipped for very demanding applications, the EP801 also has a special thermal management system that prevents performance losses on long climbs. Also on board is a long-range 720 Wh battery for reliable, long-lasting forward drive. And the innovative E-Inception carbon frame with sporty GTF geometry, together with the 29"/27.5" wheel combination, ensures pure riding pleasure – matching the high-end specification with ingredients from the most renowned cult companies.

GTF geometry

The sporty GTF geometry of the STEVENS E-Inception series is fully designed for downhill-orientated performance. A long reach and a slack steering angle give the E-Fully a smoother ride, which has a positive effect on the downhill controllability of the E-MTB. A shorter head tube and steeper seat angle provide more control on steep climbs. Incidentally, GTF stands for Gas To Flat and means full throttle with full control down the mountain.

29/27.5" wheels

A 29" wheel at the front and a 27.5" wheel at the rear ensure even more trail fun and performance on the descent. While the larger front wheel provides more grip, better rollover behaviour and smoothness, the smaller rear wheel provides more space, more acceleration and, above all, more agility in tight corners. The so-called mullet bikes can fully utilise their advantages, especially downhill.

QR15 thru axle

The "15" stands for the axle diameter, the "QR" for "Quick Release" – and together for the most functional method of anchoring the front wheel in the (suspension) fork. The advantages are impressive: high rigidity, precise brake disc positioning and foolproof operation. STEVENS therefore equips all mountain bikes and E-MTBs as well as the highest quality trekking bikes, cross bikes and E-bikes with them. For (E-)MTBs in particular, the installation width has even been increased – from 100 to 110 mm, which is even stiffer.

On/off switch with integrated USB-C charging socket

On the E-Inception models with Shimano drive and the large Darfon battery, a USB-C charging socket on the top tube – ensures that the smartphone, action camera or lighting system are powered for as long as the trail adventure lasts. Riders can also switch the system on and off in a smart and user-friendly way on the top tube.

Block Lock headset with impact protection

Anyone travelling on alpine trails with their E-MTB demands maximum control. Thanks to its 150° pivot angle and high-quality ball bearing, the Acros Block Lock headset with integrated cable routing ensures that the top tube is optimally protected from impacts in tight bends or in the event of a fall. The fact that this results in fewer crashes in the first place is a further benefit of the impact protection.

Dropper post

Optimum seat height for drive efficiency. Press the button. Saddle down for technical descents. Button ... it could go on and on – and on some technical trails, the seatpost remote is used more often than the front derailleur shifter. Experts in riding fun and safety agree: rarely has an innovation brought such convincing advantages and so few disadvantages (weight, price) as seatposts with infinitely adjustable seat height.

Integrated kickstand mount

A practical stand on the rear triangle of STEVENS E-Inception bikes is not a must, but a welcome extra. That’s why our engineers have installed an inconspicuous kickstand mount. The FEQ models come with a kickstand as standard. It can be retrofitted to all other E-Inception models without any problems and without sacrificing heel clearance on complex trails.

E-dirt an e-freeride bikes

This category describes STEVENS E-dirt and E-freeride bikes. Hardtail frames with special strengthenings and designated dirt forks are typical for STEVENS E-dirt bikes. Full suspension bikes with very long suspension travels are typical for STEVENS E-freeride bikes.

Instructions on intended use

The maximum permissible overall weight (comprising rider, luggage, possibly trailer load and electric bicycle) should not exceed 140 kg. Under certain circumstances the permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use.
STEVENS E-freeride bikes are intended for harder use on secured terrain. There are different types which are either designed for jumps and freestyle in special obstacle parks, whereas others are intended for races.
On full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes made of aluminium the use of trailer is permitted. On full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes made of carbon, however, the use of trailers is not permitted.
On full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes child seats are not permitted.

STEVENS bikes of this category are intended for very challenging, highly blocked and extremely steep terrains, which can only be mastered by well-trained riders with technical skills. Rather high jumps at very high speeds as well as the intensive use in specific, identified bike parks or on downhill trails are typical for this category. In the case of these STEVENS bikes it is imperative to carry out a thorough check for possible damage after every ride. Preliminary damage with clearly inferior further stress can result in failure. A regular replacement of safety-relevant components must also be taken into account. Wearing special protectors is strongly recommended.

STEVENS E-freeride bikes are suitable for jumps and drops in most challenging terrains and in bike parks. Full suspension bikes with very long suspension travels are typical for this category.

For full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes made of carbon the use of trailers is not permitted.

Danger:

Due to the higher loads, these STEVENS e-bikes of category 7 E should be checked for possible damage after every ride. Three inspections per year at least carried out by your STEVENS dealer are obligatory.
