180 kg gross vehicle weight

180 kg gross vehicle weight

The STEVENS E-bikes with the "Plus" suffix can weigh 180 kilograms including rider and luggage. Enough for even the strongest types and the most demanding tasks. The frames are designed to handle this load and have been thoroughly tested by the experts from the Zedler Institute for Bicycle Technology and Safety.

29/27.5" wheels

29/27.5

A 29" wheel at the front and a 27.5" wheel at the rear ensure even more trail fun and performance on the descent. While the larger front wheel provides more grip, better rollover behaviour and smoothness, the smaller rear wheel provides more space, more acceleration and, above all, more agility in tight corners. The so-called mullet bikes can fully utilise their advantages, especially downhill.

ACT/Active geometry

ACT/Active geometry

The ACT frames are equipped with a shorter top tube, a longer head tube and a steeper head tube angle. The geometry creates a shorter reach across all frame sizes as well as a more compact wheelbase for a more upright, relaxed yet active riding position, which is particularly favourable for comfort-oriented touring bikers.

Aero frame

Aero frame

Our engineers have spent countless hours tinkering with the frame of the Arcalis aero racer. The result is more than impressive and has proven itself in wind tunnel tests and on the road. The reduced front surface of the aerodynamic design significantly reduces air resistance and skilfully guides the airflow past the frame in a streamlined manner.

1 bikes have this technology

Belt drive

Belt drive

With a belt drive, a sturdy belt transmits the drive from the crank to the sprocket of the drive wheel. Although the non-separable design of the belt requires a STEVENS frame with a separable right seat stay as a special measure, the advantages are convincing: noticeable weight savings, silent running and significantly lower maintenance requirements.

    Bike packing optimized

    Bike packing optimized

If you travel by bike, you need storage space. That’s exactly why STEVENS gravel bikes are equipped with numerous threaded eyelets on the frame and fork. These serve as a basis for attaching pack options. A third bottle cage is also possible.

Block Lock headset with impact protection

Block Lock headset with impact protection

Anyone travelling on alpine trails with their E-MTB demands maximum control. Thanks to its 150° pivot angle and high-quality ball bearing, the Acros Block Lock headset with integrated cable routing ensures that the top tube is optimally protected from impacts in tight bends or in the event of a fall. The fact that this results in fewer crashes in the first place is a further benefit of the impact protection.

    Bosch eBike ABS

    Bosch eBike ABS

In conjunction with the Magura CT Allroad eSTOP ABS anti-lock brake, the Bosch eBike ABS ensures superior braking power, riding stability, safety and comfort when braking and therefore optimum deceleration on any surface and in any weather conditions. Fully integrated into Bosch’s "The smart system", it offers different ABS modes for cargo, touring, allroad and trail use, specially tailored to the intended use.

    Brake light

    Brake light

On the fast S-Pedelecs it is mandatory, here it is optional: when a brake lever is operated, the rear brake light lights up and warns the traffic behind. Be safe.

    Comfort carbon seatpost

    Comfort carbon seatpost

If you want to be fast, you don’t necessarily have to suffer more – at least not if the Scorpo Carbon SL Comfort seatpost on your STEVENS carbon racing bike filters out the most unpleasant bumps and vibrations from the road as standard. Its diameter is only 27.2 mm to allow for greater elasticity. And the fibre profile has been specially designed to achieve this without adding weight or sacrificing stability. By the way: The seatpost can also be retrofitted.

Dropouts with integrated pannier rack eyelets

Dropouts with integrated pannier rack eyelets

In collaboration with pannier rack specialists Tubus/Racktime STEVENS’ engineers have developed a dropout that also serves as an elegant pannier rack mount. It not only looks fantastic, it also ensures that forces caused by luggage or large amounts of groceries are evenly transmitted inot the frame – resulting in a more stable and safer design.

        E-Maverick frame sizes

        E-Maverick frame sizes

Part of the new frame geometry are overall shorter seat tubes, which nevertheless allow the use of longer dropper posts. This gives customers the opportunity to ride different frame heights without any problems and thus better customise the riding position and characteristics of the bike to their own needs. Frame size stickers have been specially developed for this purpose. They provide information about the frame height (R1 to R5 or S to XL), the ideal size range for the rider and the stack and reach values of the frame.

        E-Trekking and E-Allround frame

Designed for use with the compact Bosch PowerPack batteries with a capacity of up to 800 Wh, the frames also impress with integrated cable routing and an integrated plastic parts concept. The battery cover, motor cover and chain guard merge into one another as if from a single mould. For a clean, uniform look and outstanding functionality.

        E-thru rear axle

        E-thru rear axle

This abbreviation stands for Shimano’s thru-axle standard for rear triangles, in which the threaded nut is integrated directly into the dropout. The 12 mm axle ensures outstanding rear triangle stiffness and absolutely precise positioning of the brake disc – this avoids annoying grinding noises.

          Endurance frame

With the balanced, finely tuned yet extremely sporty carbon frame of the STEVENS Xenith, the sloping top tube combined with the slimmer and longer seat post provides more flex and comfort on the saddle. Impacts are absorbed effortlessly – also thanks to the tyre width of up to 32 mm. The successful mix of comfort, ergonomics and riding efficiency is the result of our detailed development work.

          FEQ

          FEQ

FEQ stands for Fully Equipped. This means that all STEVENS bikes with the FEQ suffix are fully equipped for touring duties. This includes mudguards, kickstand, bell and lighting system and, in the vast majority of cases, a pannier rack.

          FEQ E-Fully

          FEQ E-Fully

The STEVENS engineers have combined E-Fully features and touring specification for the perfect E-Crossover experience. Rock Shox suspension and Acros Block Lock headset meet FEQ pannier rack with bag holder for the Ortlieb Quicklock 3.1 system and lighting system, stand, mudguards and bell. E-crossover for adventurers.

          1 bikes have this technology

          Full carbon fork

          Full carbon fork

It is simply intelligent lightweight construction when STEVENS engineers use 100% carbon fibres for the forks of road racers and cross bikes, from the dropouts right up to the steerer tube. The resulting riding experience on the road and off-road is impressive: lightweight plus steering precision, effortless climbing and razor-sharp cornering performance. Maximum torsional rigidity even for the most powerful disc brakes.

            GTF geometry

The sporty GTF geometry of the STEVENS E-Inception series is fully designed for downhill-orientated performance. A long reach and a slack steering angle give the E-Fully a smoother ride, which has a positive effect on the downhill controllability of the E-MTB. A shorter head tube and steeper seat angle provide more control on steep climbs. Incidentally, GTF stands for Gas To Flat and means full throttle with full control down the mountain.

            Integrated kickstand mount

            Integrated kickstand mount

A practical stand on the rear triangle of STEVENS E-Inception bikes is not a must, but a welcome extra. That’s why our engineers have installed an inconspicuous kickstand mount. The FEQ models come with a kickstand as standard. It can be retrofitted to all other E-Inception models without any problems and without sacrificing heel clearance on complex trails.

On/off switch with integrated USB-C charging socket

On the E-Inception models with Shimano drive and the large Darfon battery, a USB-C charging socket on the top tube – ensures that the smartphone, action camera or lighting system are powered for as long as the trail adventure lasts. Riders can also switch the system on and off in a smart and user-friendly way on the top tube.

The advantages are impressive: high rigidity, precise brake disc positioning and foolproof operation. STEVENS therefore equips all mountain bikes and E-MTBs as well as the highest quality trekking bikes, cross bikes and E-bikes with them. For (E-)MTBs in particular, the installation width has even been increased – from 100 to 110 mm, which is even stiffer.

                        Rohloff E-14 gear hub

The electronic Rohloff E-14 sets standards for E-bike shifting. In combination with the smart eShift function of the Bosch drive unit, this results in a uniquely fast, error-free shifting performance: at the touch of a button, the drive unit takes the load off the system and the Speedhub hub shifts gears. If the button is held down, all 14 gears can be shifted through in a quick 3-gear sequence. And when you stop at a traffic light, the system automatically shifts back to a previously selected starting gear. But it’s not just the electronics that are impressive, the mechanics are too: there are Speedhub hubs with a service life of over 100,000 kilometres. And there are tens of thousands of everyday and long-distance cyclists who never want another gear again. Maintenance requirements? A small oil change per year. Nothing more.

Full mudguards and a lowrider luggage rack can be fitted, as can an elegant holder for the front headlight. The version with QR15 thru-axle can be made particularly theft-proof with an optional Pitlock system. And yet the STEVENS S-Lite aluminium fork fully lives up to its name on the scales.
