E-Crossover deluxe

The E-Universe 9.7.1 Plus FEQ is quite literally the driving force behind our E-Crossover hardtail bikes. On the one hand, this is due to our innovative E-Trekking and E-Allround frame with approval for a permissible total weight of 180 kilograms and trailer operation. On the other hand, it is also due to the expertly selected specification details such as the Bosch Performance Line CX drive unit with 85 Nm torque or Shimano's high-quality Deore XT 11-speed shifting components familiar from mountain biking. The Bosch 725 Wh PowerPack battery provides an enormous range. The extra-stiff Suntour air suspension fork with 100 millimetres of travel provides riding stability and safety. The package is rounded off by the complete Fully Equipped FEQ specification, which includes a powerful 150/260 lux lighting system from Supernova, effective mudguards, a SNAP IT-compatible pannier rack and a suspended Vario dropper seatpost.

  • Crossover pedelec w/ low step-thru frame and 180 kg of gross vehicle weight

Technology

E-Trekking and E-Allround frame

Designed for use with the compact Bosch PowerPack batteries with a capacity of up to 800 Wh, the frames also impress with integrated cable routing and an integrated plastic parts concept. The battery cover, motor cover and chain guard merge into one another as if from a single mould. For a clean, uniform look and outstanding functionality.

180 kg gross vehicle weight

180 kg gross vehicle weight

The STEVENS E-bikes with the "Plus" suffix can weigh 180 kilograms including rider and luggage. Enough for even the strongest types and the most demanding tasks. The frames are designed to handle this load and have been thoroughly tested by the experts from the Zedler Institute for Bicycle Technology and Safety.

FEQ

FEQ

FEQ stands for Fully Equipped. This means that all STEVENS bikes with the FEQ suffix are fully equipped for touring duties. This includes mudguards, kickstand, bell and lighting system and, in the vast majority of cases, a pannier rack.

On/off switch with integrated USB-C charging socket

On/off switch with integrated USB-C charging socket

On the E-Inception models with Shimano drive and the large Darfon battery, a USB-C charging socket on the top tube – ensures that the smartphone, action camera or lighting system are powered for as long as the trail adventure lasts. Riders can also switch the system on and off in a smart and user-friendly way on the top tube.

QR15 thru axle

QR15 thru axle

The "15" stands for the axle diameter, the "QR" for "Quick Release" – and together for the most functional method of anchoring the front wheel in the (suspension) fork. The advantages are impressive: high rigidity, precise brake disc positioning and foolproof operation. STEVENS therefore equips all mountain bikes and E-MTBs as well as the highest quality trekking bikes, cross bikes and E-bikes with them. For (E-)MTBs in particular, the installation width has even been increased – from 100 to 110 mm, which is even stiffer.

E-thru rear axle

E-thru rear axle

This abbreviation stands for Shimano’s thru-axle standard for rear triangles, in which the threaded nut is integrated directly into the dropout. The 12 mm axle ensures outstanding rear triangle stiffness and absolutely precise positioning of the brake disc – this avoids annoying grinding noises.

Tyre clearance up to 54 mm

Tyre clearance up to 54 mm

If you frequently ride your E-bike on less than optimal roads, you can fit tyres up to 55 mm wide. And then benefit from the maximum riding comfort and puncture protection that their extra large air volume brings, because you can now ride with even lower tyre pressure. The frames and forks of these bikes are already prepared for this.

Dropouts with integrated pannier rack eyelets

Dropouts with integrated pannier rack eyelets

In collaboration with pannier rack specialists Tubus/Racktime STEVENS’ engineers have developed a dropout that also serves as an elegant pannier rack mount. It not only looks fantastic, it also ensures that forces caused by luggage or large amounts of groceries are evenly transmitted inot the frame – resulting in a more stable and safer design.

Integrated pannier rack strut

Even if you can’t see the support of the pannier rack to the seat stays – it’s there. A strut runs under the mudguard and – in conjunction with the mudguard attached to the pannier rack – provides even more stability and lateral stiffness.

Suspension seat post with drop function

Comfort to the power of two: The Oxygen E-Scorpo DPR-S-E can not only be lowered by up to 100 mm for more comfortable mounting and dismounting using the handlebar remote control – it also increases riding comfort with its built-in suspension.
