Gravel all-rounder & year-round commuter

The Gavere FEQ is the everyday racer for fast commutes, after-work gravel rides or bikepacking adventures. The elegant aluminium frame in STEVENS Stealth Black with a lightweight aluminium fork ensures smooth running and comfort thanks to its relaxed geometry. Robust gravel wheels with 40 mm Schwalbe G-One Overland tyres offer grip and control on asphalt, gravel and off-road. Shimano CUES 2x10 gears and Tektro disc brakes guarantee reliable riding. The new STEVENS Gavere model series is based on a completely new aluminium frame, which is combined with a full carbon SL fork or a STEVENS S-Lite fork, depending on the model.

Advantages of a STEVENS full carbon fork:

Lightweight and robust: The latest developments in carbon technology set new standards – full carbon forks are robust and significantly lighter than aluminium forks.
Stiff: Carbon is lightweight, stiff and resilient. Its high stiffness ensures direct steering response and improves handling and precision.
Comfortable: They absorb vibrations and shocks on trails and gravel paths and provide noticeably more comfort on long rides.

Robust and durable: Aluminium and carbon forks have a comparable service life.

Anyone travelling by bike needs storage space. That's why our designers in Hamburg are constantly developing clever solutions to tailor our gravel bikes perfectly to the needs of bike packers.

All Gavere gravel bikes have numerous mounting options:

This creates a wide variety of options for attaching luggage and equipment – while maintaining high riding stability, even when fully loaded and at high speeds. Thanks to the threaded eyelets on the frame and fork, panniers can be attached easily, quickly and securely.

FEQ – Fully Equipped for fast commuters.

Gavere gravel bikes bridge the gap between rough terrain and smooth city streets. This makes them the ideal choice for fast laps on mixed terrain, carefree commuting on gravel paths, cycle paths and asphalt, or uncomplicated adventure tours in your free time.

The FEQ (Fully EQuipped) versions also feature a sturdy, stylish rear rack for attaching bags on both sides of the bike, high-quality hub dynamo lighting at the front and rear, sturdy mudguards with a neutral look, and a robust side stand.

More room for adventure.

With STEVENS gravel bikes, generous tyre clearance – i.e. the distance between the tyres, fork and rear triangle – is a basic requirement.

Tyre width directly influences comfort, traction and handling. Wide tyres allow you to ride with lower air pressure, providing greater comfort – especially on longer distances over uneven surfaces. The larger contact area generates more traction, which is an advantage on rough or muddy trails – even when sticky mud and clay clog the tyre tread. At the same time, gravel tyres still roll easily and with low vibration on paved roads. For maximum riding enjoyment and high riding safety – no matter what the conditions.

Without mudguards, the Gavere can be ridden with tyres up to 50 mm wide (with mudguards, the maximum tyre clearance is 45 mm).

Intuitive gravel group.

The top-of-the-range Gavere models – the Gavere Pro and Gavere Pro FEQ – are equipped with the electronic wireless SRAM Apex AXS 1x12 groupset.

Apex is SRAM's first pure gravel groupset. With its XPLR rear derailleur, it offers a wide gear range: one chainring at the front and 12 gears – perfect for gravel, bikepacking, adventure, touring and everything in between. The 1x12 setup ensures that you always have the right gear for every situation.

The AXS version – the wireless, electronic variant – enables precise, smooth and reliable shifting for the best possible riding experience. It is intuitive to understand and easy to use, allowing you to concentrate fully on riding.

Carefully selected components ensure harmonious function, long service life and exceptional, sporty riding pleasure. This applies not only to the Gavere, but to all STEVENS bikes.

Cross and gravel bikes

This category describes STEVENS cross and gravel bikes. They have 28” - inch wheels with narrow tyres. The tyre width is 28 to max. 42 mm. STEVENS ALLROUND X Cross, STEVENS Gravel.

Instructions on intended use

The maximum permissible overall weight (comprising rider, luggage, possibly trailer load and bicycle) should not exceed 130 kg. Under certain circumstances the permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use or weight limits. You find more information in the instructions od on the website of the respective component manufacturers.
STEVENS cross and gravel bikes are designed for a trailer load of 40 kg without and 80 kg with trailer brake. On STEVENS gravel bikes made of carbon, however, the use of trailers is not permitted.
On STEVENS cross and gravel bikes made of carbon child seats are not permitted. On STEVENS cross and gravel bikes made of aluminium child seats are permitted. For more information see the chapter “Use of Child Seats” in your comprehensive STEVENS user manual.

STEVENS cross bikes are intended for hard-surface terrain, i.e. for tarred roads and bicycle lanes or gravel field tracks, where the wheels do not lose ground contact. In addition, they are well suited for well paved gravel paths and forest roads as well as off-road trails with a slight slope where a temporary loss of tyre contact with the ground due to small steps may occur. They are not suitable for off-road use (mountain bike use), namely for all mountain, enduro, downhill (DH), freeride, dual slalom, downhill/freeride parks, jumps, drops and in bike parks etc.

Due to their design and fittings, STEVENS cross bikes are not always suitable for being used on public roads. If you want to use them on public roads, these bikes must be fitted with the prescribed equipment. Observe the traffic rules when riding on public roads.
